Prepared to take a panoramic tour through two countries? The route begins in Nauders, climbing steadily along the forest road to reach the Plamort high plateau. From this vantage point, take in the spectacular panorama of the Vinschgau, framed by the towering presence of the Ortler – the region’s highest peak at 3,905 metres above sea level. We then take the scenic trails down to Reschensee and ascend 500 metres to the Reschner Alm, where we pause for a lunch break. Reinvigorated, we follow picturesque meadow paths past the Grünsee and Tiefhof farm, making our way back to Nauders.
