The Nauders Ski School – Interski GmbH& CoKG, Nauders 30, A-6543 Nauders offers online rental of winter sports equipment, booking of ski school courses and ski rental & ski school packages on its websites www.skischule-nauders.at and www.skirent-nauders.at.
pricing
The prices of the products appear in the second section of the booking process. It is possible to cancel the booking process at this point. The prices include applicable taxes and duties. They are displayed and debited in euros.
Payment
The price can be paid by credit card. Booking confirmation, issuance of voucher
By making a booking, the customer confirms that their personal details are correct. The booking made by the customer is only considered accepted once the customer has received confirmation from Skischule Nauders – Interski GmbH & CoKG. The customer is obliged to check this immediately for accuracy. Any discrepancies with the booking must be reported to Skischule Nauders – Interski GmbH& CoKG immediately.
Resignation, cancellation
Cancellation of the booking is only possible in the event of illness or other circumstances beyond your control, by sending an email to info@skischule-nauders.at, quoting the relevant booking number. Proof (medical certificate) must be provided. Any costs incurred will be borne by the customer cancelling the booking.
Pick-up and return of equipment
The customer can collect the equipment from 3 p.m. on the day before the first day of rental, upon presentation of photo ID and the booking confirmation. The equipment must be returned on the last day of rental before closing time. If the equipment is used for longer than booked, the difference will be charged at the local rates and must be paid directly in the shop. If the equipment or parts thereof are not returned on time, Skischule Nauders – Interski GmbH& CoKG reserves the right to charge a corresponding additional fee. The customer must ensure that the equipment is returned in perfect condition.
Exchange
An upgrade of the rented equipment to a higher category is possible upon payment of the difference. No refund will be given by Skischule Nauders – Interski GmbH & CoKG for exchanges to a lower category.
Use
The customer must use the equipment in accordance with its function and conditions of use. Defects that are already present at the time of rental entitle the customer to a free replacement in the same category. If this is not possible, both contracting parties may withdraw from the agreement. The equipment may not be passed on to third parties. Express reference is made to the risk of unauthorised exchange of skis, for example in relation to ski binding settings. The customer is responsible for protecting the equipment against theft or mix-ups; there is no insurance cover. Therefore, the customer is also liable to Skischule Nauders – Interski GmbH& CoKG for repair costs and current value in the event of breakage, damage or theft.
Special provisions for ski schools
The ski course is booked for one person and is not transferable to other persons.
Liability
The Nauders Ski School – Interski GmbH & CoKG accepts no liability for accidents occurring during, before or after ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of participants and is recommended.
Ski passes & ski equipment
Ski passes and equipment are not included in the course price and must be paid for separately. Children born in 2008 or later require a ski pass.
Course cancellations
Courses cancelled due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be replaced.
Number of participants
If there are fewer than 3 participants in a group, Skischule Nauders – Interski GmbH& CoKG reserves the right to combine groups or shorten lessons. We also offer attractive payment options for the full short-term course on an individual basis.

Use of your customer data
Ski School Nauders – Interski GmbH& CoKG requires confidential customer data to process a booking; first name, last name, email address, country of origin and payment details such as credit card information and/or account information. Ski School Nauders – Interski GmbH& CoKG uses an encrypted connection ‘SSL’ (Secure Socket Layer) to collect credit card or account information.
The data will not be used for any other purposes.

Skischule Nauders – Interski GmbH& CoKG works with Hobex Payment Systems for payment methods. The credit card information and other payment details are transmitted via an encrypted SSL connection to B&S Card-Service, which handles the rest of the transaction with the credit card, online or banking institutions.
